It cultivates self awareness, regulates the nervous system, supports the release and integration of embodied emotions/trauma. The scope of breathwork ranges from breath awareness to regulatory techniques to the transformative conscious connected breathwork as well the functional aspect of breathwork which aims to optimize everyday breathing, improve health and performance.
Breath is with us from the moment we take birth but how we engage with and experience breath determines how we experience life. Conscious breathing is a lifelong tool to facilitate living a more embodied and authentic life and an anchor to navigate through life's challenges and support healing.​
